Villa manager

The Arsana Estate’s villa manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing and coordinating the staff to meet guest expectations.

Guest relations manager

With a focus on optimising the Arsana Estate experience, the guest relations manager is on hand to assist guests’ every need during their stay.

Chef/cook

The estate’s skilled cook prepares dishes from the extensive suggestions menu of Western and Asian dishes, as well accommodating special requests and dietary requirements.

Butlers

Our butlers are on hand to serve meals and beverages, as well as attending to daily cleaning duties.

Garden

Our gardening team maintains the wonderful tropical gardens and ponds.

Security

Guests are kept safe and secure 24/7 by our security team working in shifts.
